This is a beanie for the Navy mascot “Billy the Goat,” given to me by a Navy member in the early 2000’s (sometime between 2000-2002). His horns are shorter than any others I have seen online, and it is produced by North Star Gifts instead of The Petting Zoo like many others (see tag pic). I think he may be rare…??? He’s in good shape and super cute.
